Dialogue
and respect
In
our methodology we endeavour to establish an open dialogue with our
clients. Reciprocal trust and respect are core values. Communication
is an important strategic tool. When to shape and sharpen this tool it
is regquired to have adequate and clear descriptions of premises and
needs. Mutual trust provides the openness which is necessary to create
value-making comunication.
We
have standard clauses of confidentiality in our agreements of
cooperation as well as general working rules which prohibit disclosure
of clients information.
We
do not take commission from competing clients. When the situation is
obscure, we take steps to clarify when the project is initiated.
Winther
Communications is a member of the Norwegian Trade organisation NIR
(Norske Informasjonsrådgivere) and adhere to the directives of ethics
established by this organisation as well as the professional charter of
ICCO - International Committee of Public Relations Concultancies
Association (Stockholm Treaty, International Professional Charter)
